Grade II listed cottages steeped in history, character & charm situated in the heart of this sought after village.

Tucked away down a narrow street in the very heart of this picturesque fishing village just yards from the harbour are Leatside and Molls Yard. This is a unique opportunity to acquire not just one, but two traditional Grade II listed Cornish Cottages steeped in history, original character and charm.

The cottages are believed to date back to the 18th Century and as such retain many traditional features. In a former life, the properties served as a shop with a house to the rear. Leatside is a lovely two bedroom terraced cottage, located adjacent to the gently flowing leat and its calming sound. Noteworthy features include an open fireplace, sliding sash windows, exposed ceiling beams and slate flooring. Molls Yard, situated just behind Leatside, offers cosy one bedroom characterful accommodation which also has a private courtyard. Both properties have excellent holiday letting potential and an abundance of versatility.

With the harbour only a minutes walk from the property, we recommend a viewing of these gorgeous cottages to appreciate this very unique opportunity.

Port Isaac is a historic picturesque fishing village, which is well known for its role in the current TV programme 'Doc Martin' as the fictional town of 'Portwenn'. It offers many breathtaking walks across the dramatic coastline of North Cornwall as well as its own beach and harbour. There are delightful boutiques and galleries for those who wish to explore the magical narrow streets and to finish off you can always pop into one of the cosy café's, pubs or restaurants. The neighbouring village of Port Gaverne was once a thriving 19th Century fishing port and to this day remains unspoilt with the sheltered sandy beach protected by the National Trust.

To find Leatside and Molls Yard, turn off the B3314 coast road onto the B3267 signposted Port Isaac. Upon entering the village, park your car and walk down to the harbour via Fore Street. When you reach the harbour at the bottom of Fore Street, turn left onto Middle Street. Leatside can be found approximately 60 yards along on the left hand side with Molls Yard behind. The postcode for satellite navigation is PL29 3RH.
