Hayle, just 10 miles, and Truro, just 13 miles, are in easy reach. There are national train connections with a main line to London Paddington about 4 miles away in Redruth and Newquay airport is approximately 30 miles distant with domestic and international flights.

To find Sperenza, follow the main A30 trunk road westbound towards Redruth. Take the A3047 slip road to Portreath and follow the signs all the way to Portreath. Drive down Tregea Hill towards the beach and then slip left on Battery Hill just before the beach itself. Sperenza can be found along on the right hand side with our for sale sign outside.
