Set amongst rolling countryside in the heart of Cornwall, Retallack Resort is a home away from home providing the perfect base to explore some of the UK's finest beaches, charming harbour towns and broad range of visitor attractions.

The kitchen comprises a range of modern white gloss floor and wall units with granite work surfaces and stainless steel single bowl sink.  Integral are a built-in electric fan oven, 5-ring LPG gas hob with extractor cover, built-in fridge freezer and dishwasher.  An LPG condensing combination boiler located in a wall mounted unit supplies instant hot water and central heating via wall mounted radiators fitted with thermostatic valves.

The dining area easily fits an 8 seat oak dining table and the lounge area comprises a two seat sofa, two matching armchairs, oak coffee tables and a TV.  Lighting is via ceiling mounted LED downlighters. A lockable door to the first floor allows the property to be let out as a detached, two bed, ground floor unit, or can simply be used to separate the living areas.

The stairs to the first floor have an LED wall light with velux window above.  On the first floor is a further large open plan, carpeted living space with feature vaulted ceiling, two glulam beams, large double glazed windows and floor to ceiling curtains.  Patio doors open onto a balcony with views across the resort to the surrounding countryside.  A double and triple sofa, oak furniture and TV complete this second lounge area and there is also a 6 ft pool table.

Two further double bedrooms have views over a small pond and open grassed area at the rear of the lodge. Each has two 3 ft zip-and-link beds, oak furniture and wall mounted TV's, an en-suite shower room, low level WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and tile flooring.

To find Retallack Resort, drive out of Padstow on the A389.  Follow the road for approximately seven miles before crossing the A39 at Winnards Perch roundabout onto the B3274. The entrance to the resort is the first turning on the left hand side.  The postcode for satellite navigation is TR9 6DE.
