Go bodyboarding in the water, storm-watch in winter or stroll across the sands with the dog. Holywell is also an ideal place to just sit on the beach and read a good book while the kids play in the stream or enjoy the waves. In the summer months the beach is patrolled by lifeguards and of course, surfing lessons are available for those keen on learning. The beach has been used in the filming of Poldark and James Bond in recent years.

To find Homeslink, head west on the A30 trunk road towards Truro. At Carland Cross roundabout, head straight over and stay on the A30 signposted to Redruth and Perranporth. Continue along the A30 and then turn right at signs for Perranporth and Goonhavern. Drive for approximately 2 ¼ miles into Goonhavern and then turn right onto the A3075 signposted to Newquay. Continue along the A3075 until you see signs for Cubert and Holywell Bay. Turn left at the signs and follow the road into Cubert. At the mini roundabout, turn right onto Westley Road and Homeslink can be found down on the right hand side. The postcode for satellite navigation is TR8 5HB.
